The Dust Jacket: The Weekly List, January 12th to January 18th

Welcome to another week of book & bookish events in NYC! I don’t know why, but I see that this Wednesday is the night of the vampire: everyone interested in that genre will have to decide between Seth Grahame-Smith discussing his follow up to Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter at Barnes and Noble or NYPL’s (presumably) more accurate historical presentation, The Poet and the Vampyre.

The Lisa See event at the New York Historic Society would probably be great, but it seems to require both more money and more advance planning than I have in my repertoire right now!
